How to play

A round has 2–8 real players: one Seeker, everyone else a Hider disguised as one emoji in a crowd of 68 NPCs.

Hiders get 12 seconds to pick a spot, then the Seeker has 75 seconds to find them. Every 8 seconds a "vibe wave" sweeps the crowd — NPCs always dance along, so Hiders must hit ACT NATURAL in time to dance too. Freeze and you're exposed.

Hiders can relocate twice (leaving a brief ghost trail). The Seeker has a click budget that scales with the player count — clicking an innocent NPC removes it and wastes a click.

Scoring

• Seeker wins by catching every Hider before time runs out; the Hiders win if anyone survives.
• Each winner records one win to the leaderboard, which ranks career wins. Rematches rotate who's the Seeker. Solo practice against the bot doesn't count toward the board.

Tips

• As a Hider, park near visually busy clusters — lone emojis in open space get studied.
• Hit ACT NATURAL slightly early rather than late; a late dance reads exactly like a panicking human.
• As Seeker, watch the wave: anything that starts dancing a beat behind the crowd is warm-blooded.

Frequently asked questions

How many players do I need?

Two to eight for a live game — Quick match finds strangers, or make a private room and share the 4-character code. Prefer to practice alone? Pick 'Hide from the bot' to face a solo AI Seeker (no leaderboard).

What happens if the Seeker runs out of clicks?

The remaining Hiders survive and the crowd wins the round.
