Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

By using PointlessGames.lol (the "arcade") you agree to these terms. They exist so everyone can enjoy the pointlessness in peace. If you don't agree, don't use the site — although that would be your first genuinely pointful decision here, and we'd hate that.

1. The service

The arcade is a collection of browser games for entertainment purposes only, most of them free to play, with some reserved for Pointless Plus members. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play them in your browser. Scores, ranks, and in-game rewards have no monetary value and confer no rights whatsoever, which is rather the point.

2. Accounts

You can play as a guest, or register with a confirmed email address. You're responsible for your account and what happens on it. Keep your password secret; we recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Fair play

Don't cheat. No bots, scripts, macros, exploits, score manipulation, or attacks on the service. Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, or harassing — this includes display names, drawings, and anything you type into a game. We may remove content, reset scores, or suspend and delete accounts that break these rules, at our discretion and without notice.

4. Your content

Things you create in the arcade (drawings, words, museum exhibits, and similar) remain yours. By submitting them you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share them as part of the arcade — for example on leaderboards, galleries, and share cards.

5. Pointless Plus

Pointless Plus is an optional paid membership, billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the Pointless Plus page and keep your perks until the end of the paid period. Tips are one-time, voluntary, and non-refundable. Perks are cosmetic entertainment, not goods or investments. Prices may change; existing subscriptions are notified before any change takes effect.

6. Coins

Coins are a virtual in-game currency with no cash value. You earn them by playing, or buy them in packs through Stripe. Coins are not money, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts, or withdrawn, and buying them is a final, non-refundable purchase of a licence to use them inside the arcade. They buy cosmetic and convenience items only — never score, rank, or leaderboard position. We may adjust prices, item costs, and what the store sells at any time. If you delete your account, any remaining coin balance and purchased items are forfeited. If the arcade ever shuts down, unspent coins simply stop existing; we are not obliged to refund them.

7. Referral program

Participation is by invitation and at our discretion. Approved affiliates earn a 20% cash commission on payments made by players they refer, tracked for 30 days from the click. Commissions become payable once your unpaid balance reaches $10.00; payouts are sent manually by PayPal or Cash App to the destination you provide, and you are responsible for giving us correct payout details and for any tax you owe on what you earn. Commissions on refunded or charged-back payments are reversed. We may withhold commissions and remove anyone from the program for self-referral, fraud, spam, or misrepresenting the arcade. Ending your participation does not forfeit commissions already earned and unpaid.

8. Our content

The games, code, design, artwork, names, and text of the arcade are © 2026 PointlessGames.lol, all rights reserved. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute them without written permission. If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, report it via the contact form and we'll investigate promptly.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The arcade is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the games will serve any purpose. They won't. That's a feature.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PointlessGames.lol and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the arcade. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (which, for most players, is zero).

11. Termination & changes

You can stop using the arcade or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, and may modify or discontinue the service (or these terms) at any time. Material changes to the terms will be noted on the site; continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
