How to play Half the Internet Is Lying
Real fact or total fabrication? Sort them out.
How to play
You're shown five statements one at a time. For each, decide: TRUE or FALSE.
After every call the game reveals the answer with a short explanation, so you leave slightly smarter or at least better armed for parties.
Scoring
- Each correct call is worth 20 points, for a maximum of 100.
- Score 100 and the game declares you "Unfoolable." Score under 40 and it suggests deleting your accounts.
Tips
- Suspiciously satisfying stories are the classic fabrication shape — too-neat details are a tell.
- Real facts are often weirder than fake ones. "Sounds fake" is not evidence.
Frequently asked questions
Are the true facts actually true?
Yes — the pool is built from real facts and deliberate fabrications, and the reveal explains each one.
Do I see repeat questions?
The game avoids statements you've been shown recently.
